Good hospitality, trip was for official work hence choose the location as it was near to my work. Hotel is nice and clean, value for money. Food was awesome. Since it was off season and low number of guests, breakfast menu was limited but whatever was available those were pretty good. WIFI needs to be better and front office desk needs to open early. Service was very good, no complaints.

The room boasted an impressive spaciousness. The staff's behavior was exemplary, with their gestures being particularly commendable. They went above and beyond to assist us, even when we purchased food from outside. They warmed the food for us and provided all the necessary amenities for dining.

The hotel was neat and clean. Very conveniently located near Sikkim Manipal Medical College. Food was decent.

Value for money. The staff was exemplary, with great service and personal touch. Special shout out to Subham (F&B manager) and his team of chef Bhupen including Dipesh, Yanchen and Ram who made every effort to provide special dishes to soothe our North Indian palate. Special thanks to Utpal Roy at the Reception who served us more as a concierge.

The location is okay, but the staff is very good. Out of the possible 10, 8 is what I gave. Good service. Could have been a better location, as it is on the main road. That is what we can consider from the time we stayed there. Thank you.
